The boutique hotel is situated in the beautiful Regency Square in Brighton with many of our rooms overlooking the square with a view of the West Pier and Seafront.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date, will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the first night accommodation. Reservations of more than 3 nights will be charged 50% of the whole stay. Same policy applies to non-arrivals.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS

1 month prior to arrival. Any cancellation during this period will result in a 50% charge. 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation.

GENERAL

Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival, and should be vacated by 11:30am on the day of departure. Breakfast is served between 8am-10am.

ARTWORK

Charlotte Davies- “My work is as eclectic and varied as my life. (…) I find it difficult to put things into words, so I escape into my paintings”.

Johanna Berger –“I mainly paint things I see. It is always colour that entices me, so a small thing could become a subject, like the colour of red wine against the light for example”.

The paintings titled mountain Environments, part of Hotel Una’s collection, was awarded the First Prize in Brighton Festival Arts Prize in 2003
