Dear valued guest, friends and partners of Hotel UNA: Hotel UNA will reopen 10th July.
In the meantime, our team is working hard to ensure that our hotel is ready to welcome you back. The well-being of our guests and our team is our primary concern.
We are family-run hotel and have always employed strict sanitation procedures at hotel UNA. In light of COVID-19, we’ve enhanced our already rigorous cleaning and hygiene standards and increased the frequency of our professional cleaning to ensure all surfaces are safe.
Every member of the team has been provided with training on sanitation and physical distancing protocols, with more comprehensive instruction given to guest-facing staff and our housekeeping team. We are also keen to reassure all guests that the safety of all individuals that stay with us is our priority and, in light of the current situation, will be carrying out more frequent and thorough cleaning of public areas.
Our hotel has been adapted to allow guests to adhere to the 2m social distancing advice, which we kindly ask you to follow.
Our guest’s luggage and packages will be sanitized using UV technology. We recommend our guests wearing face masks on their arrival and within common areas in the hotel. Hand sanitizer units are available in each bedroom and at several locations throughout the hotel, and you will be asked to sanitise your hands before entering the property and breakfast restaurant.
Our bar is open as usual from 3pm (for outside guests, for guest staying at hotel you will be served before 3pm) and per government rules closes at 10pm. We serve drinks to seated customers only. The bar has limited space so we do recommend to reserve a table in advance. Per government advice you have to wear a mask until you are seated.
The bar closes at 10pm but we do serve drinks to your room until 11pm.
We hope that these restrictions do not spoil your experience of enjoying our Bar lounge.
The Bar has very extensive range of Sparkling and Champagne, Gins, Rums, Whiskies, Vodkas, Cognacs, cocktails etc…. Together we could recreate one of best experience at present situation.
Breakfast mainly will be served in the rooms. You will also have an option to book a time slot at reception to have a breakfast in the restaurant. Limited space and time.
We know that sometimes things can go wrong, it happens to the best of us. We ask that if you are feeling unwell that you do follow the recommendations presented to us by the UK government and make the decision to self-isolate. Please, stay at home and cancel or move your booking if you have a cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, dry cough or a temperature increase above 37.5 degrees Celsius.
If you display any COVID-19 symptoms whilst staying in our hotel, then please follow the safety advice provided at reception.
