CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date, will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the first night. Reservations of more than 3 nights will be charged 50% of the whole stay. Same policy applies to non-arrivals.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS

1 month prior to arrival. Any cancellation during this period will result in a 50% charge. 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation.

GENERAL

Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival, and should be vacated by 11:30am on the day of departure. Breakfast is served between 8am-10am.

I booked two nights in the Santana room at Hotel Una for my wife’s Birthday. From the moment i picked the telephone up to talk about the different type of rooms, i was totally impressed.

The staff were very helpful and polite and the rooms were amazing. Nothing was too much bother and we will definitely return to this Hotel on out return visit to Brighton.

Santana has two different aspects. Separated by a partition wall with a curved glass window and an open doorway. The bedroom is furnished with a shower and has an elegant feel with dark tiles and rich furnishings. The front room is spacious and understated.
