CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date, will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the first night. Reservations of more than 3 nights will be charged 50% of the whole stay. Same policy applies to non-arrivals.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS
1 month prior to arrival. Any cancellation during this period will result in a 50% charge. 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation.
GENERAL
Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival, and should be vacated by 11:30am on the day of departure. Breakfast is served between 8am-10am.

I arrived at the hotel very late in the evening with my daughter and very stressed. The receptionist was really nice, found a record of my booking straight away and then offered me a free upgrade to a larger room which of course I took. The Orinoco room was very luxurious and spacious and very clean. (Look on their website for good photos of every room.) We had fluffy bathrobes and a large tv which swivelled round from the seating area to the bed. My daughter and I were up till 3am giggling and watching tv. We had breakfast brought to our room the next morning which was delicious. When we checked out the next day the owner gave us a map and showed us where the best shops were. We would have taken advantage of the very reasonably priced beauty treatments that you could have someone do in your room if we had arrived earlier that evening. All in all a wonderful hotel which I would recommend to anyone.

Orinoco, a front facing superior double room with a contemporary interior, straight lines in the living space and bedroom give it a neutral look and ambient feel. There's a large desk to work from and a tough choice between a lounger or sofa to relax on. We are also quite proud of our own homemade solid oak cupboard.
