CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date, will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the first night. Reservations of more than 3 nights will be charged 50% of the whole stay. Same policy applies to non-arrivals.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS
1 month prior to arrival. Any cancellation during this period will result in a 50% charge. 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation.
GENERAL
Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival, and should be vacated by 11:30am on the day of departure. Breakfast is served between 8am-10am.

My girlfriend treated me on my birthday to a night in Brighton, sans 2yr old daughter. She'd heard good things about the Una from a friend. Situated in the type of beautiful regency building you'd associate with Brighton, the attention to detail at the Una is obvious from the moment you walk through door. Hugely high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the room we stayed (Eden) made the room feel extremely spacious and airy, particularly impressive considering it housed an oversized bed (solid yet comfy) and big leather L shaped sofa in there. The bar was small but perfectly formed, well stocked and staffed by pro's. The informal approach and friendliness shown by all the staff made a refreshing change to what I've experienced in other "boutique" hotels. Breakfast in bed was a delicious treat, even though we'd overslept and were late ordering it. All in all, a gem.

This room has a real feeling of space about it. The room is simply filled with rich red accesories, which beautifully contrast with the dark brown corner leather sofa. Hidden behind a screen is the free standing corner bath. Eden like Danube enjoys a beautiful light due to their period bay windows and position.
