CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date, will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the first night. Reservations of more than 3 nights will be charged 50% of the whole stay. Same policy applies to non-arrivals.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS

1 month prior to arrival. Any cancellation during this period will result in a 50% charge. 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation.

GENERAL

Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival, and should be vacated by 11:30am on the day of departure. Breakfast is served between 8am-10am.

Having stayed at Una before i knew the excellent quality to expect, however staying in the luxury room Aragon, was a completely surreal experience. The room was lush, with its own private sauna, jacuzzi and outside area. This was the perfect birthday treat, and with a complimentary bottle of champagne the night was started perfectly. The option to have breakfast in the room, made checking out just that much harder! I would recommend Una to everyone!

Aragon is a modern and spacious room and is definitely an elegant choice. Although located on the lower ground floor the room is bright and airy. This is one of our rooms that our guests are often reluctant to leave, possibly due to the private whirlpool bath and sauna. It is worth noting that this room has an outside space.
