CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date, will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the first night. Reservations of more than 3 nights will be charged 50% of the whole stay. Same policy applies to non-arrivals.

1 month prior to arrival. Any cancellation during this period will result in a 50% charge. 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation.
GENERAL
Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival, and should be vacated by 11:30am on the day of departure. Breakfast is served between 8am-10am.

This was our first trip to Brighton and Hotel Una. What a gem of a hotel. Situated on Regency Square so central yet so peaceful. A small, boutique hotel, beautifully decorated. Check-in (and check-out) was very efficient and friendly especially as we arrived rather late in the evening. The room Gaula was lovely. Stripped wood floors and furniture. A small seating area, large comfy bed. The room had a tiny enclosed balcony. Very modern bathroom, plenty of hot water and towels and Molton Brown products. Large plasma screen tv. Tea, coffee, biscuits, bottles of water replenished everyday, fluffy bathrobes. In fact everything you could want! The bar is lovely especially for a quiet nightcap. Cocktails first class! There is no restaurant just a breakfast room however breakfasts were very enjoyable and relaxing. We called into a couple of other very large very busy hotels over the weekend and it was bliss to return to the wonderful Hotel Una. When we return to Brighton we will definitely stay at Una.

An exceptional large double, again with a beautiful high ceiling lending the room a feeling of space. Two different sets of steps, one will lead you to a luxurious bathroom, the other to a small patio area.
