CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date, will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the first night. Reservations of more than 3 nights will be charged 50% of the whole stay. Same policy applies to non-arrivals.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS
1 month prior to arrival. Any cancellation during this period will result in a 50% charge. 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation.
GENERAL
Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival, and should be vacated by 11:30am on the day of departure. Breakfast is served between 8am-10am.

We had a lovely two night stay - our room the Flores was perfectly formed with a mezzanine seating area, well appointed if slightly small bathroom but quirky as located on a lower level. Very quiet room as at the back of the hotel. Excellent attentive service and set in a square next to the sea front, everything you could want within five minutes walk. Although no restaurant at the hotel, were recommended some great dining close by. Please don’t pay the extra money to stay at one of the better known boutique hotels. Highly recommended.

One of our large doubles, Flores is bright and breezy, lots of wood and neutral colours. Taking advantage of the high ceiling, it also boast's a raised seating area that's perfect for a relaxing read.
