APPROACHING FROM THE NORTH:

There are basically two ways to get to the hotel from the north:

Take the A23, arriving in Brighton you will find the Mill Road roundabout, take the second exit onto London Road (A23) (signposted Brighton & seafront). Continue forward onto the London Road until you see the sea. At the seafront you will see the Palace Pier (the one still in operation) turn right along the seafront (Kings Rd). You will see the West Pier on your left (now derelict) Regency Square is adacent to the West Pier. When you pass the Hilton Metropole turn right at the traffic lights onto Preston Street and then take first right into the square. Its one way, so you are forced to drive straight and then back down towards the sea. We are 5 doors down and have a loading bay outside.

If you are familar with the above route and want to try and avoid the associated heavy traffic that can cause delays, than you may want to try the following alternative route.

At the end of the A23, instead of following the signs directing you into Brighton at the Mill Road roundabout. Follow the directions for the A27 to Worthing. Keep in the left lane and take the first exit onto the King George VI roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Dyke Rd Ave and continue until you come to the next roundabout (about 2 miles) At this roundabout take the 4th exit onto Vernon Terrace, this will lead you down to the seafront. Turn left on the seafront (Kings Rd) and Regency Square is the 5th turning on the left just pass the lights. Drive up, around and back down towards the front. We are 5 doors down with a loading bay outside.

APPROACHING FROM THE WEST:

Travelling on the A27, you should exit onto the A270 / Shoreham Bypass heading towards Shoreham/Southwick You will travel straight over the roundabout (the first exit is for Tescos, take the second). After 1.9 miles you should turn right at the traffic lights (there's a right filter) onto the B2193/Trafalgar Rd. You will continue straight ahead over a mini roundabout and then hit some lights where you should turn left along the A259 (South Coast Rd) Follow this road and you will soon see the West Pier coming into view, we are adjacent. As you reach the pier, take the turning after the lights into the Square and drive up, around and back down towards the front. we are 5 doors down with a loading bay outside.

If you are travelling along the A259 (South Coast Rd) from the West via Littlehampton or Worthing, then you should just use the above directions from where it joins the A259.

APPROACHING FROM THE EAST:

When you reach Newhaven, follow the signs for Brighton and take the A259/South Coast Rd. It's about 9 miles into town. You will pass the Marina, and then the Palace Pier and finally the West Pier. Turn right at the lights by the pier onto Preston Street and take the 1st turn on the right into the square. drive around and down the square. We are 5 doors down and there is a loading bay outside.

If you are travelling along the A27 from the East via Lewes, please follow the directions from the North once you reach the junction of the A23.
