CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date, will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the first night. Reservations of more than 3 nights will be charged 50% of the whole stay. Same policy applies to non-arrivals.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS
1 month prior to arrival. Any cancellation during this period will result in a 50% charge. 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation.
GENERAL
Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival, and should be vacated by 11:30am on the day of departure. Breakfast is served between 8am-10am.

24 hour delegate rate - £160.00 inclusive of :
Accommodation with a choice of cooked breakfast. Room hire of either one of our conference rooms. Access to and use of all of our A.V equipment, including LCD projector, DVDs, Plasma TV, Whiteboards, flip charts, markers and stationary. Tea & coffee, pastries and biscuits served 3 times throughout the day. Mineral water refreshed on demand and a hot and cold buffet lunch served at your leisure and timings.

As above, just without the overnight accommadation.
